Engineer - Instrumentation — Jamnagar

ISOCHEN SAFETY PVT LTD is hiring a Engineer - Instrumentation for industrial plant operations at Jamnagar, Gujarat. Instrumentation engineering role covering calibration, loop checks and control-system maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate and maintain field instruments — pressure, temperature, level and flow transmitters.
• Carry out loop checks, control-valve servicing and positioner calibration.
• Support DCS/PLC troubleshooting and configuration changes under supervision.
• Attend instrument breakdowns and restore control loops to service.
• Maintain calibration certificates, instrument history and spares records.
• Follow permit-to-work and isolation procedures for instrument work on live plant.

Requirements

• BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering.
• Experience in instrument maintenance and calibration in a plant environment.
• Familiar with transmitters, control valves, positioners and field bus basics.
• Able to read P&IDs, loop diagrams and hook-up drawings.
• Willing to work shifts and support shutdown activities.

Education

BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering
