ISOCHEN SAFETY PVT LTD is hiring a Sr. Engineer - Instrumentation for industrial plant operations at Jamnagar, Gujarat. Senior instrumentation and control engineering role covering field instruments, DCS and safety systems.
Responsibilities
- Own maintenance and reliability of field instrumentation, control valves, DCS/PLC systems and safety instrumented systems.
- Plan and supervise instrument calibration, loop checking and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Lead fault diagnosis on control loops, interlocks and trip systems.
- Manage instrumentation scope during shutdowns, including pre-shutdown planning and commissioning.
- Review instrument specifications, datasheets and hook-up drawings for modifications.
- Maintain calibration records and ensure statutory and safety-system compliance.
Requirements
- BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering.
- Extensive instrumentation experience in a process, refinery or heavy industrial plant.
- Strong working knowledge of DCS/PLC systems, control valves and transmitters.
- Experience with interlock and trip system testing.
- Able to lead a team of instrument technicians.
Education
BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering
