1. Who we are
This policy explains how ISOCHEN SAFETY PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U74999TG2020PTC142043), with its registered office at Sudha Vaishnavi Residency, Flat No 201, H.No.10-2-309, Street No 4, West Marredpally, Secunderabad 500026, Telangana, India (“ISOCHEN”, “we”, “us”), collects and uses personal data through isochensafety.com and when you contact us. It is published under the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 and is intended to meet our duties under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
2. What we collect
- Enquiries: your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in and your message, when you use the contact form, call, email or WhatsApp us.
- Job applicants and talent pool: your name, contact details, CV, trade certificates, work history and location, when you send them to us (for example on WhatsApp or email).
- Website usage: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type and referring site, collected through Google Analytics. We do not use this to identify you personally.
We do not ask for passwords, bank or card details, or government ID numbers through this website. Please do not send them to us here.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals and contracts.
- To assess applicants and contact them when suitable roles open, including roles at our clients’ sites.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it.
- To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations and protect our legal rights.
We process enquiry and applicant data with your consent, which you give by sending it to us, or for the legitimate uses the law allows. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
4. Who we share it with
- Service providers that run this website and our communications: Cloudflare (hosting and security), Web3Forms (delivers contact-form messages to our inbox), Google (email and Google Analytics) and WhatsApp. They process data on our behalf.
- Clients, for applicants only: we share a candidate’s profile with a client when proposing them for a role.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
Some providers may store data outside India. We share only what is needed for the purpose.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries, applications and CVs for one year from our last contact with you, then delete them, unless a longer period is required by law or you become our client or employee. Records of employees and contracts are kept as long as employment, tax and labour laws require.
6. Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics sets cookies to count visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the website will still work.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to: see the personal data we hold about you; correct or update it; delete it; or withdraw your consent, after which we will stop using it. You can also nominate another person to exercise these rights for you. Write to admin@isochensafety.com. We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India once it is accepting complaints.
8. Security
The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS, and access to enquiry inboxes and records is limited to staff who need it. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data and will inform you and the authorities of a breach as the law requires.
9. Children
This website is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. Applicants must be 18 or older.
