Quality Inspector — Hosur

ISOCHEN SAFETY PVT LTD is hiring a Quality Inspector for industrial plant operations at Hosur, Tamil Nadu. In-process and final inspection of fabricated and machined components against drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process and final inspection of components against drawings and control plans.
• Use vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges and go/no-go gauges to verify dimensions.
• Record inspection results, raise non-conformance reports and track corrective actions to closure.
• Support first-article inspection and maintain calibration status of measuring instruments.
• Coordinate with production and customer quality teams on rejections and rework decisions.
• Maintain inspection records to the standard required by the site quality management system.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or ITI with formal quality inspection training.
• Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication quality function.
• Confident reading engineering drawings, including GD&T symbols.
• Hands-on with standard metrology instruments.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 documentation is an advantage.
