Sr. Engineer - Mechanical — Jamnagar

ISOCHEN SAFETY PVT LTD is hiring a Sr. Engineer - Mechanical for industrial plant operations at Jamnagar, Gujarat. Ownership of mechanical maintenance strategy, planning and execution for a plant area.

Responsibilities

• Own the mechanical maintenance plan for the assigned plant area, including PM schedules and shutdown scope.
• Lead root-cause analysis on repeat failures and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Plan manpower, spares and contractor support for routine and shutdown maintenance.
• Review and approve job methods, lifting plans and critical equipment interventions.
• Track maintenance KPIs — availability, MTBF, MTTR, PM compliance — and report to plant management.
• Ensure statutory compliance and safety standards across all mechanical work.

Requirements

• BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Extensive mechanical maintenance experience in a process, refinery or heavy manufacturing plant.
• Strong grounding in rotating equipment, static equipment and piping systems.
• Experience planning and executing shutdown/turnaround scopes.
• Able to lead a team of technicians and contractor crews.

Education

BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
