ISOCHEN SAFETY PVT LTD is hiring a HVAC Technician for industrial plant operations at Jamnagar, Gujarat. Operation and maintenance of chillers, AHUs, ducting and split/package air-conditioning systems.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain chillers, AHUs, FCUs, split and package units and associated ducting.
- Carry out scheduled servicing — filter cleaning, coil cleaning, belt and bearing checks, condenser cleaning.
- Diagnose and rectify refrigeration faults including gas leaks, low charge and compressor issues.
- Braze, evacuate and charge refrigerant circuits following correct handling procedures.
- Monitor temperature, humidity and pressure parameters and log them each shift.
- Support AMC vendors during major servicing and maintain service records.
Requirements
- ITI in Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Practical experience with industrial or commercial HVAC systems.
- Competent in brazing, evacuation and refrigerant charging.
- Understanding of the refrigeration cycle and basic electrical controls.
- Willing to work shifts and attend breakdown call-outs.
Education
ITI in Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
