ISOCHEN SAFETY PVT LTD is hiring a Operator - Balance of Plant for industrial plant operations at Jamnagar, Gujarat. Operation of balance-of-plant systems supporting the main process and power block.
Responsibilities
- Operate balance-of-plant equipment — feed-water systems, condensate recovery, fuel handling, ash and effluent systems.
- Take field readings, operate valves and dampers, and respond to control-room instructions.
- Carry out local inspection rounds and report leaks, abnormal noise, vibration or temperature.
- Support isolation and normalisation of equipment for maintenance work.
- Log parameters and equipment status accurately for each shift.
- Follow plant operating procedures, permit systems and emergency protocols.
Requirements
- ITI or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- Experience as a field operator in a power, process or utility plant.
- Able to work independently on field rounds and communicate clearly with the control room.
- Willing to work rotating 24/7 shifts.
- Physically fit for field work at height and in hot areas.
Education
ITI or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
