ISOCHEN SAFETY PVT LTD is hiring a Sr. Technician - Utilities / HVAC for industrial plant operations at Hosur, Tamil Nadu. Senior hands-on role covering chillers, AHUs, compressed air, cooling water and other plant utilities.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, compressed-air systems, cooling towers and water treatment plant.
- Lead the utility PM schedule and verify the work of junior technicians before sign-off.
- Diagnose refrigeration faults — gas charging, compressor performance, condenser and evaporator issues — and take corrective action.
- Monitor utility parameters and energy consumption; flag deviations and propose corrections.
- Coordinate with OEM and AMC vendors during major servicing and overhauls.
- Maintain logs, checklists and statutory records for the utility block.
Requirements
- ITI or Diploma in Mechanical / Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning.
- Substantial experience in industrial HVAC and plant utilities, including a supervisory element.
- Sound understanding of the refrigeration cycle, psychrometrics and compressed-air systems.
- Able to guide and check the work of a small technician team.
- Comfortable with shift and on-call working.
Education
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning
